Tina Hamlin brings more than 30 years of experience in luxury meetings, events, hospitality partnerships, and high-touch travel planning. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with corporate leaders, executives, and private clients to create seamless experiences around the world — from executive retreats and incentive programs to thoughtfully curated luxury travel.
After decades in the meetings and hospitality industry, Tina naturally evolved her expertise into luxury travel advisory, founding Hamlin & Co. Travel to offer a more personal, relationship-driven approach to travel planning. Her background in hotel sourcing, contract negotiation, and program design provides clients with a level of industry insight, access, and advocacy that extends far beyond traditional travel planning.
Known for her attention to detail and trusted industry relationships, Tina combines firsthand destination knowledge with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality to create experiences that feel elevated, effortless, and highly personalized. Whether arranging a villa in Italy, a private yacht experience in the Caribbean or Mediterranean, a luxury river cruise through Europe, or a once-in-a-lifetime African safari, her focus is always on creating meaningful travel experiences tailored to each client’s style and goals.
Tina has served on advisory boards for respected hospitality brands and organizations, including The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International Luxury Brands, Sea Island, and Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI).
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and now based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Tina brings a thoughtful, highly personalized approach to every client relationship — blending global expertise with genuine care, trusted guidance, and a passion for exceptional travel.
