Over the years, Tina and her team executed well over 400 meetings and events in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, ranging in size from 20 - 2,000 including financial investment symposia, annual membership meetings, board meetings, executive leadership retreats, industry familiarization trips, Congressional fly-ins, inauguration events, silent auctions, and various networking events including golf, tennis, sporting clays, fishing, and poker tournaments. A majority of these events were organized on behalf of U.S. energy executives during her role as Vice President of Meetings, Events & Sponsorships at Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) - a non-profit trade association representing 10,000 members in Washington, DC.
Tina’s industry knowledge and insight have been sought by many organizations, having served on several hospitality advisory boards, including Marriott International Luxury Brands, The Ritz Carlton, Sea Island, Leading Authorities Speakers Bureau, Associated Luxury Hotels, Inc., and HB Hospitality.

A proud native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tina graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Merchandising Operations. Tina relocated to the Washington, DC area where she met her husband Jim Hamlin, a fellow Louisianian from New Orleans. Together they have two children, Davis, a 2021 graduate of Clemson University, and Lillian, a student at the University of Virginia.
