Tina Lormand Hamlin is a veteran meetings executive with a proven record of delivering high-level conferences, executive programs, and bespoke events while strengthening customer relationships and elevating the attendee experience. With deep expertise in contract negotiations, venue sourcing, event design, corporate sponsorships, and stakeholder management, Tina is known for her unwavering commitment to service, her can-do approach, and her focus on driving measurable results. Her passion for excellence is what inspired her to create Hamlin & Company, where she brings her experience and insight to clients seeking exceptional events and strategic guidance.

Over her career, Tina and her teams have produced more than 500 meetings and unique events across North America, Europe, and the Caribbean—ranging from intimate board meetings and executive retreats to large-scale conferences of up to 2,000 attendees. Her portfolio includes investment symposia, annual membership meetings, Congressional fly-ins, industry familiarization trips, inaugural receptions, and curated networking events such as golf, tennis, sporting clays, fishing, and poker tournaments.

Tina’s expertise has been recognized throughout the meetings and hospitality industry, resulting in service on several prestigious advisory boards, including Marriott International Luxury Brands, The Ritz-Carlton, Sea Island, Associated Luxury Hotels International, and Leading Authorities Speakers Bureau.

A proud native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tina graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Merchandising Operations. Soon after, she relocated to the Washington, D.C. area, where she met her husband, Jim Hamlin, originally from New Orleans. Together, they have two children, Davis and Lillian.
