Tina Hamlin is a seasoned travel and meetings advisor known for designing thoughtfully curated journeys, incentive programs, and executive-level experiences around the world. She works closely with corporate leaders, C-level executives, and private clients to create travel and programs that are both highly personalized and seamlessly executed.

 

With a background in global hotel sourcing, incentive travel, and large-scale meetings, Tina brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to every engagement—balancing destination, experience, and business objectives. Her work spans North America, Europe, and the Caribbean, with programs ranging from intimate executive retreats and incentive trips to conferences of up to 2,000 attendees.

An avid traveler herself, Tina draws on firsthand destination knowledge and longstanding industry relationships to curate experiences that feel both elevated and authentic. Her expertise includes venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and program design, with a focus on aligning each experience to the client’s goals and travel style.

Tina has served on advisory boards for leading hospitality organizations, including Marriott International Luxury Brands, The Ritz-Carlton, Sea Island, and Associated Luxury Hotels International.

She founded Hamlin Travel Advisory to bring a more thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to both private travel and strategic sourcing—combining global perspective with a highly personalized level of service.

Tina works with both private clients and organizations, bringing experience, insight, and a thoughtful approach to every journey and program.

​

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tina is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She lives in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband, Jim, and their two children.
