We believe this to be one of the many important steps when searching for the ideal venue for your perfect meeting or event, yet it is perhaps the most often overlooked and can greatly impact the overall success of the program. After determining the scope of the project, Hamlin & Co. will develop a professional RFP outlining the details of the project and submit it to potential hotels and resorts for consideration. We also will require all hotels wishing to be part of the RFP process to include their updated health and safety policies that have been put in place. Don't take a chance that your piece of business will be overlooked simply because you have not outlined the complete value your business brings to the table. Once proposals are received, a cost analysis of the proposals will be shared with you to narrow down the preferred destinations for your meeting or event.
