Southern Gas Association
The Southern Gas Association (SGA) has retained Hamlin & Co. to develop and manage its annual sponsor marketing campaign and secure revenue for each of its annual programs and online digital advertising campaigns. Programming includes live, hybrid, and virtual events ranging in size from 30-1,200. During the first year in partnership with SGA in 2021, Hamlin & Co. grew sponsor revenue by 33%.
CNS Consulting Group
Tina Hamlin has partnered with CNS Consulting Group to serve as its Sr. Vice President of Meetings and Events to source destinations, speakers, sponsors, and vendors for various conferences and events. In this role, she develops hotel and vendor RFPs, manages speaker presentations and requirements, develops BEOs, executes onsite program logistics, manages hotel room blocks, and fulfills sponsor and exhibitor requirements.
Texas Alliance of Energy Producers
Hamlin & Co. has been instrumental in providing live webinar production, graphic design, speaker management, and sponsor procurement for the Texas Alliance of Energy Producer's Spotlight on the Issues Webinar series focusing on live content with national and state elected officials from Texas including Governor Abbott, U.S. and state Representatives, Texas Railroad Commissioners and port authorities.
EP Invitational Golf Tournament
Hamlin & Company has planned numerous golf tournaments over the years at renowned golf courses including Pebble Beach, Sea Island and Pinehurst resorts. This organization utilizes our expertise for site selection, contract negotiations, travel arrangements, special events and golf tournaments at various North American and European courses.
